Role Summary
The ideal associate will have had solid experience in cap markets and corporate transactions preferably in Asia.

A large proportion of the work will involve high end securities offerings.

The work will have an international dimension and will range from some of the largest and most complex transactions to smaller deals which provide the opportunity for greater responsibility.

Key Requirements

• Top Academic Record essential with US JD
• 4-6 + PQE
• Mandarin fluent (reading and writing) essential
• Magic Circle/ Top US Wall Street firm background preferred
