Role Summary

The ideal associate will have had solid experience in corporate transactions and/or cap markets.

The work will have an international dimension and will range from some of the largest and most complex transactions to smaller deals which will provide the opportunity for greater responsibility. 

Key Requirements

• Top Academic Record essential for this position
• 2-5 PQE
• E&W or US bar required
• Magic Circle/ Top US firm background preferred
• International candidates not based in Asia welcome to apply
