Key requirements

• Ideally you will be an internationally trained lawyer from the London, New York or PRC market at a peer international firm
• Fluency in Mandarin essential
• 2-5 PQE
• Excellent academics
• Experience working in areas such as general finance, leveraged finance, capital raising.
• Firm will seek to accommodate base location of employment – either Shanghai, HK or Beijing.
