Opportunity to work with some of the leading corporate and capital markets lawyers in Asia. You will work on marquee transactions with a network of offices across Asia and globally.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Currently seeking one mid-level associate with experience in Corporate Finance, High-Yield transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Candidates should possess a US J.D. and have US law experience (preferably in the US).
- Mid-level attorney 3-5 PQE
- Top academics
- No particular Asian language skills are required and overseas candidates welcomed to apply in this global search.
- NY rates + COLA
PQE level is only a guide and strong candidates outside these parameters will also be considered
