Working within an inspirational team, the successful candidate will find themselves handling an intellectually stimulating workload for an enviable client base. Advising on the India law aspects of capital markets transactions, expect to be handling a varied mix of equity and debt capital raising transactions and securities compliance issues.

My client's capital markets practice group is hugely successful and presently they are experiencing a large increase in the number of transactions they are handling. It is anticipated that you will have a minimum of three years PQE (***please note, there is no PQE upper limit***) in equity and debt capital raising transactions and securities compliance issues. You will be dual qualified as a lawyer in India and another common law jurisdiction. Experience in India capital markets is essential.
