Exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to join the TMT team of an international law firm's Hong Kong office. The TMT practice covers high value and complex commercial and technology transactions including supply and service agreements, advising on emerging technologies, technology outsourcing and digital transformation projects across a broad range of sectors including financial institutions, telecoms, mining and aviation. The team also advises on privacy and TMT-related regulatory issues throughout Asia.
- Candidates should have strong commercial contracts experience
- TMT experience preferred but not essential for strong commerical candidates
- Mandarin and Cantonese language skills preferred but not essential
