Leading conglomerate seeks an IP counsel to join their well-established global legal team. The successful candidate will advise on all IP and technology related legal issues globally. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting and negotiating IP licenses and IT outsourcing agreements and advising on patent/trade mark portfolio management. Chinese language would be an advantage but not essential.
