This is a role that involves IPO work coupled with M&A transactional work which will appeal to junior to mid level lawyers that do not want to specialize too early in their career.
Elite law firm would like to hire two associates to join their Hong Kong office for Q4 start and interviewing now for the positions.
- Bilingual skills (Mandarin chinese) is required
- Candidates should have top tier firm experience
- Corporate IPO/M&A: 2-5 PQE (Chinese required)
- HK IPO experience preferred
- Excellent academics
