Elite law firm would like to hire a mid to senior level associate to join their award-winning US capital markets team due to deal flow and office expansion.

• 3-6 years qualified (ideally 4th/5th year);
• US qualified with significant experience working on American IPOs;
• Large team of associates across all levels with good mix of work on offer.
• Peer firm (US/Magic Circle);
• Full US scale if from a peer firm; and
• Either based in Singapore or relocation will be provided
