Legal Counsel – Asset Management, Singapore

Our client is a well-established, very stable and thriving Asset Management Company who is looking to hire a Legal Counsel into their regional team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a corporate/M&A and private equity lawyer with fund structuring and management experience. The ideal candidate would either be in-house with a similar entity or currently working within a top tier international or Singapore law firm but looking to make a move in-house.

This Legal Counsel role will report into the General Counsel for the APAC region and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

Mandarin and Cantonese language skills and well as strong experience in hedge funds and funds management will be highly valued. Strong preference for candidates who are already based in Singapore and with regional experience.
