This major audio electronics producer with corporate headquarters in the US seeks a legal counsel to join their business where you will support various company business in the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the regional general counsel, you will focus on a range of general commercial, intellectual property and IP enforcement work, including working with other legal counsels based in the US headquarters.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate in-house experience with a focus on China matters, as well as prior experience in trade mark and IP enforcement issues gained in private practice or in-house. Strong Chinese (Mandarin) language skills is required as there will be an emphasis of commercial and IP work in China and around Asia, including travelling to various offices in China and the States.
