This conglomerate in the business of energy and power projects is seeking a senior lawyer with experience gained in private practice or with a Hong Kong listed company, to join their team, where you will focus on regional and international M&A projects, commercial and China related matters, as well as regulatory  and compliance matters related to the listing rules.

This is a great opportunity to move into a hands-on role where you will manage projects and focus on a wide variety of transactional and commercial work.  Strong experience managing M&A deals, both public and private, and knowledge of the Hong Kong listing rules and compliance experience is important. Fluency in Chinese and English language is necessary.
