Our client, a leading financial institution, seeks a regional documentation negotiator to provide a broad range of legal and documentation support to the Fixed Income and Equities business in Asia. The agreements you will cover include, but are not limited to, prime brokerage, custody, OTC derivatives, and exchange traded derivatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-regarded company that has an appealing collegiate working culture and due to the breadth of issues covered, there is the opportunity to gain exposure to some very unique and interesting matters.

Ideal candidate would be an experienced negotiator with solid experience gained from a leading bank. This is also an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or a junior lawyer who is looking to assume an in-house role as high-quality training will be provided. A command of Chinese language would be desirable.
