Our client is an international brand, family enterprise based in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, they currently have an addition headcount to appoint a mid-level lawyer to support their Group.

The Role

Reporting to Head of Legal, you will be fully responsible for:
- Provide legal support within the Group’s business in Hong Kong
- Assist in a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, corporate documents, distribution agreements, etc.
- Advise on regulatory, contentious and other legal related matters
- Identify and resolve complex legal issues
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience gained in a reputable law firm / in-house corporation. You will have strong general commercial background and familiar with contracts reviewing and strong business acumen. Fluency in both English and Chinese language skills is required.
