Wall Street law firm which has one of Asia’s leading M&A practices seeks an ambitious US qualified M&A lawyer to join its busy team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in some cutting edge work where you will be given considerable responsibility. You will work closely with several leading partners in a supportive environment. It is likely that you will have a JD and between two to five years of experience working for a major US law firm. NY rates and a generous COLA package are on offer and a relocation package is on offer for candidates who are currently overseas.  Chinese language skills are required for this role.
