UK law firm looking for a Chinese background funds lawyer to join their fast growing Funds practice in Shanghai or Beijing.
This is an international team of lawyers qualified in different common law jurisdictions. You will have the opportunity to work with market leading senior lawyers and given training and transcational experience to develop your career.
- 3-5 PQE from leading international or PRC law firms
- Solid experience in funds formation (both USD funds and RMB funds), M&A/PE experience and PRC law knowledge a valuable addition
- Qualified in US, HK or Singapore preferred
- Excellent English drafting skills
- Business level oral Mandarin skills required, for non-native speaker
