Our client is a household name within the asset management industry.   An opportunity has arisen to join their well considered Hong Kong based legal team and assist in advising their regional institutional and retail businesses.     The role will involve a range of responsibilities including negotiating and drafting investment management agreements, fund documentation and regulatory filings.  The legal team advises on strategy and initiatives throughout the Southeast Asia region.

Interested candidates will have a minimum 4 years pqe and have trained in a top law firm.  Previous asset management/ funds experience is necessary and ideally some exposure to MPF and ORSO- related funds/ SFC regulatory experience.
