They have extensive experience advising multinational companies, private equity firms and lenders on complex leveraged and acquisition financings. 

Candidate requirements:

• HK Qualified
• 1 - 5 years PQE from an international or top tier local firm
• Leverage financing and bank financing experience
• Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker
