*No IPOs* Corporate Private Equity/M&A Lawyer – 3-6 PQE – Hong Kong

This role will afford you the opportunity to work on high-value, complex private equity and corporate M&A deals with high profile international banks and corporations. This role will not exclusively focus on IPOs. Rather, you will work with partners who possess extensive experience in both public and private M&A, privatisation, restructurings, and takeovers.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-6 PQE
• Be Hong Kong, England & Wales, or Australia admitted
• Possess high professional or fluent level Mandarin Chinese
• Experience at another well-regarded firm
• A strong academic background
