A  leading international law firm is seeking a high-caliber Paralegal in Hong Kong to support their corporate finance team.

Key responsibilities:

• prepare and maintain transaction files
• assist responsible lawyers in general corporate work
• prepare fee estimates and engagement letters
• assist with various tasks for Hong Kong IPO transactions including: verification of the Prospectus, drafting of checklists, attending due diligence meetings and coordinating site visits
• liaise with instructuring counsel or clients

Key requirements:

• minimum of 3 years of work experience in sizeable law firms
• bachelor's degree holder
• fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• willing to learn and accept challenges
• flexible mindset, fast-paced, strong team player
