Well regarded UK law firm seeks an ambitious projects lawyer to join its growing team.  You will have a minimum of 5 years of project development and project finance experience.  You will have experience in either the power generation sector, road and port sector, or within the natural resources sector.   The successful candidate will work with an impressive client base on a range of regional matters.  You will be familiar with some of the following agreements: concession, government guarantees, power purchase, coal supply, coal delivery, joint project development, share purchase, shareholder, and you will also have experience of both finance documents and security documents.  You will be given considerable responsibility and you will work closely with a highly regarded partner.  Chinese language skills are not required for this role.  A clear track to partnership, and an attractive remuneration package, is available for the successful candidate.
