A major property developer in HK is looking for a real estate / property lawyer.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide in-house legal advice and support to all real estate development projects, acquisition/ disposal of investment properties
• Provide preemptive analysis and suggestions on land issues at an early stage of projects
• Provide legal compliance advice and support to real estate business
• Deliver legal services relating to other types of real estate related transactions or projects

Key Requirements:

• HK qualified lawyer of 5-15 years PQE in real estate / property matters
• Good experience of real estate project work and dealing with LACO preferred
• Experience in Lands Department or other land related department in the government is a great advantage
• Exposure in both HK & PRC markets
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
