A fast growing global corporation seeks a Senior Legal Counsel based in Hong Kong to support their business operations in Asia. You will work closely with board directors and support the group on legal, regulatory and compliance matters, including general commercial matters, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and any other legal related matters within the Group. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ PQE gained in a mix of in-house and private practice roles. Excellent command of English and Cantonese required.
