US law firm would like to hire an associate to join their Hong Kong to focus on cross-border general corporate and M&A transactions as well as compliance matters. US Rated for US associate. Mid range target billable hours for bonus.
The firm is looking for a motivated junior to mid-level associate to join its Corporate team in Hong Kong to work on mergers and acquisitions, including private equity transactions, joint ventures, takeovers and other commercial transactions. This associate will also work on corporate governance and compliance matters relevant to companies listed in Hong Kong.
- 3 to 5 years' post qualification experience with relevant experience gained in a leading law firm
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
- Native English (written and spoken) and native Mandarin essential
- Excellent partner mentorship.
- International candidates are welcome to apply and will be relocated
