Our client is Band 1 Chambers for MA and Capital markets in APAC. The firm is keen to speak with a senior lawyer to take on an advisory role with the firm focusing on mainly HK public MA and capital markets.
Ideally you will come from a US law firm or HK local firm background with significant experience in cap mkts and HK IPO work. You may have spent some time working at an internatioanl exchange.
You will be comfortable giving advice in areas such as HK public MA, IPOs and the takeover code. This is a counsel opportunity for someone that does not want a pathway to partnership and happy to work in a supporting role to the first chair.
