This leading US firms is looking for legal consultants with a JD / LLM to join their award winning cap mkts practice in HK.

This opportunity will be attractive to HK qualified cap mkts associates or a paralegal at a tier 1 cap mkts practice in HK that are looking to move to a US practice as a staff attorney and moving to full US track after 1 to 2 years dependent on performance review.  Work in the group covers both ECM, DCM, High Yield.

Candidates with top international law firm training and experience

• HK qualified
• Mandarin speaking
• Firm will consider HK cap mkts assoicates that are looking to retool into US cap mkts.
• International candidates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
