US law firm looking for experienced associates to join their US capital markets practice in their Hong Kong office.  Close knit team and you will have the opportunity to take a lead role in some of the tranactions. 

The firm also has a market leading Debt Cap mkts and High Yield capability.

• Full New York rates and firm will relocate.
• US qualified
• 3-6 years US Capital Markets experience (indicative class year only)
• Excellent drafting skills
• Native Mandarin preferred
• Candidates should have experience from a leading local HK firm or international firm with recent IPO experience from either a local Hong Kong firm or an international firm in Hong Kong preferred.
