This is a new opportunity for a talented lawyer to join a white shoe firm in HK working on market leading PE, MA and VC deals with a young partnership in a dynamic and international team.
Our client is one of the leading firms globally for private equity and corporate transactions and their Hong Kong office is their private equity practice hub for the APAC region. You will be working with PE specialists with deep experience advising global and APAC-based PE sponsors, investors and their portfolio companies on a range of complex and mutli-jurisdictional transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience with a leading big law private equity practice
- 3-6 PQE
- Bilingual and able to conduct business (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin (mandatory)
