US law firm looking for legal assistants to join their Hong Kong office for this award winning asset management team.
Excellent entry point to join a top tier NY Wall St firm. Assistants that perform well will have opportunity for associate track.
- Candidates should have 1-2 years' top law firm experience ideally not necessarily in asset management but preferably from a corporate or finance area of practice.
- US or PRC educated
- Interest in PE and VC helpful given work scope
- You will work on the structuring, restructuring, formation and operation of alternative investment products, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hedge funds and funds of funds.
- Native Mandarin
