Elite US law firm would like to hire a number of finance associates with experience in gen banking and lev fin for their Hong Kong office.

The firm will consider 3 PQE level general finance from a peer firm or 5 PQE level for an associate with leveraged acquisitions experience

• Candidates should have 3 – 5 years' experience in banking and general leveraged finance at a top tier firm
• admitted in Hong Kong, EW, ANZ
• the associate role will be based in Hong Kong permanently
• no Asian language skills are required. 
• Experience in gen finance and leveraged finance necessary
• International candidates are encouraged to apply
• COLA + Full Cravath scale
