US law firm would like to hire a associate to join their Real Estate practice in Hong Kong working with private equity clients on the following areas:

• commercial real estate
• corporate acquisitions & dispositions
• joint ventures
• complex M&A transactions.

Key candidate requirements:

• Candidates should have peer US or MC firm experience
• HK, US EW bar or equivalent common law qualifications 2-5 PQE
• Candidates should have top academics from a leading school
• International candidates are encouraged to apply and will be relocated
• The firm will look outside the PQE range for outstanding candidates
• Mandarin language skill set would be useful but not essential

Full US rate salary + COLA + low taxation.
