Indian boutique firm Nitya Tax Associates has opened its third office in the southern city of Bengaluru after hiring Sreekumar Nair, a former associate director at Deloitte.

Nair, who joins Nitya as an associate partner, has over nine years of experience in consulting in consulting, litigation, compliance and due diligence. Besides Deloitte, Nair has worked at Economic Laws Practice and Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.

Founded in 2015, Nitya specializes in indirect taxes and allied laws. It has 35 professionals, including lawyers and chartered accountants in its offices in New Delhi, Gurugram and Bengaluru.
