Watson, Farley & Williams has boosted its Asian corporate capabilities with the relocation of London partner Chris Kilburn to its Singapore office.

Kilburn, who joined Watson Farley in 1998, focuses on the energy, natural resources and transportation sectors, and advises clients on M&A, corporate finance, and UK capital markets matters.

“We see a great deal of activity across the natural resources, energy and transportation sectors in this region and Chris is a great addition to the team who will enable us to further develop our exposure to these sectors,” said Goh Mei Lin, Watson Farley’s Singapore office head, in a statement.
