DLA Piper has added Allen & Overy’s Tim Dobson to its corporate group as a senior consultant.

Dobson, whose practice focuses on legal issues related to investment and commercial activities in Thailand, previously held a similar role at Allen & Overy. His work includes international and domestic mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Dobson practiced in both Thailand and Hong Kong since 1981. A Hong Kong and Scotland qualified lawyer, he has been based in Thailand since 2001.
