Thailand’s largest independent law firm Tilleke & Gibbins has made a string of senior appointments this month. Thomas Treutler, Alan Adcock and Nandana Indananda have all be elevated to the firm's partnership. 

Treutler, who has worked in the country since 1994, handles both commercial and IP matters. Joining Treutler as a newly-partmer, Indananda has extensive judicial experience having served as an ex-Judge of the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court (2006-2008), Research Judge of the Supreme Court (Intellectual Property and International Trade Division) (2003-2006) and Judge attached to the Central Tax Court (1997-2003).

Adcock, who joined the firm in 2007, specialises in IP acquisitions, technology transfer, IP contributions, clinical trials, licensing, enforcement and regulatory affairs. In addition to his partner appointment, Adcock has also been named as a deputy director of the firm’s intellectual property group.
