Tay & Partners has hired Lim Bee Yi as an IP partner in Kuala Lumpur from Shook Lin & Bok.

Lim has experience in dealing with various intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyright, patent, industrial designs, enforcement of IP rights through the relevant government agencies, consumer laws, technology laws, domain name disputes, franchising, licensing, personal data protection and dispute resolution.
