Rouse has hired two patent litigators from Thai firm Kamthorn Surachet & Somsak as senior managers at the firm’s Bangkok office.

Dr. Jade Donavanik and Manothai Pramoj Na Ayuthaya were both partners at Kamthorn Surachet & Somsak.

Donavanik specialises in intellectual property litigation and claim construction for pharmaceuticals and life sciences companies.

Ayuthaya advises clients in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences, mechanical, semiconductor and optical network sectors on intellectual property litigation.

“Both Dr. Jade’s and Manothai’s impressive and widely acknowledged acumen in patent litigation perfectly complements our robust patent prosecution practice and provides significant value to our clients,” said Fabrice Mattei, Rouse’s Thailand country manager, in a statement.
