This well-established, very stable and thriving asset manager is looking for a highly motivated lawyer seeking work/life balance, with experience in private equity, funds and related compliance gained either in-house for a leading bank/fund or regulatory body or from a leading practice within the law firm arena.             

This will be a regional role reporting into senior management and Head of Legal, with a fantastic, entrepreneurial working environment. Strong experience in fund formation work is essential; and handling regulatory/compliance issues as well as dealing with relevant authorities is particularly beneficial. A solid individual who is commercially astute, a great team-player and ability to handle matters autonomously will flourish in this stable and highly-regarded platform.
