An International law firm seeks a Senior Associate to continue the growth of their debt capital markets practice.
This role will involve in offer circulars, bond documentation, listed company announcement, REIT financing and acquisition documentation.
They are looking for candidates who are qualified in Hong Kong and the UK with at least 5 years’ post qualification DCM experience with fluency in English and Mandarin.
