Our Client is a prestigious global brand hotel and they are currently seeking for a Legal Counsel to join their Legal team in Hong Kong.
In this role you will be involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including advising management and business units on compliance, management and service contracts, as well as participate in the review and negotiation of documentation related to transactional activity in the region. Admission as a Solicitor in Hong Kong and a stable working history are essential for consideration. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese are required. In-house and/or real estate experience will be highly regarded.
