Our client is one of the largest global law firms, who offer full range of practice lines for global companies. They are looking for a Corporate PSL to support their Corporate Finance team.

They are seeking qualified lawyers with 7 or above PQE and ideally with Corporate PSL experience. Solid corporate transactions experience and solid English drafting skills required. You will expect to deliver interactive training to the corporate team. Flexible work arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.
