A leading wealth management company seeks a junior Legal Counsel to support their rapid growth of business.

Reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance, you will involve in the drafting and reviewing of fund documents, board resolutions for funds set-up, development, structure, launch and you will also gain exposure across the business and involve in a wider range of general legal matters, including commercial contracts and agreement, fund distribution agreement, as well as others legal related issues.

To be the successful candidate, you must be a qualified lawyer with at least 1 year experience in Fund or Asset Management. You must be familiar with financial service regulatory and fund setup and authorization requirements. Excellent drafting skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Newly qualified lawyers who have undertaken a year rotation in funds will also be considered.
