Our client, one of the hottest technology start-ups to have come out of Singapore in recent years is looking to hire a Singapore qualified corporate/commercial lawyer to join their young and dynamic enterprise at a crucial point in time of growth. 

This is the first legal hire into a company with massive growth opportunities and overseas expansion plans. This role will work closely with the founders of the company and management and support all the legal needs of the company.                         

Experience in an in-house environment with an ability to work independently is essential. Top tier experience in private practise, excellent academics and experience within the technology sector will be given preference. Candidates with common law qualification (UK/US/Australia etc) if already based in Singapore can also be considered.
