I am working with a top tier international law firm who are renowned for their prestigious name and strong network of leading clients.

Due to growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an Associate to join the Corporate team of their Hong Kong office. This is an exciting opportunity offering a global platform for exposure along with the chance to work with an esteemed Partner in the legal market.

The work will be 100% focussed on Corporate work (so no Capital Markets!) though at the lower end of the required years experienec they are happy to take on someone from an M&A background.

Requirements:

• Common Law Qualification
• 2-5 PQE
• Experience in eitehr Corporate or IPO
• International law firm background
• Mandarin advantageous
