Our client is a leading US investment Bank and they are seeking an experienced lawyer to join a small team supporting their Special Situations Group.   Advising a multi-strategy principal investments desk, Counsel will be advising on equity and debt financing, private equity and real estate investments throughout the region.   Ideally, candidates should have 8 – 12 yrs pqe with excellent private practice training and some in-house exposure.   Experience in debt and equity financing and private equity together with a regional exposure is key.   Languages a plus but not necessary.
