An Asset Finance Lawyer is required for a rewarding opportunity with an international law firm. The role will be based in Singapore and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

You will be handling a number of asset finance matters including ship finance and aviation finance. You will handle a dynamic caseload including new-build and second-hand asset financing, sales and purchase, leasebacks, taxation, floating platforms/installations and syndication matters in this highly ranked law practice. Legal 500 listed, my client is the 'go to' firm for asset finance work in the Asia Pacific region.

I am seeking a one (1) to five (5) PQE Legal Associate with strong asset finance experience. To be eligible, you must be admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore. You may be a pure asset finance lawyer, or someone who currently handles a more general shipping caseload who wants to drill down into this rewarding niche. In this vacancy you will find yourself joining a collegiate team environment where you are supported by a dynamic partner. Banking and finance as well as derivatives experience will also be considered.
