In-House Legal Counsel – Hong Kong Based Fund House

Our client is a leading hedge fund house based in Hong Kong.
In line with successful expansion, the fund is looking to add a Senior Legal Counsel to support its fast growing Asia Business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior level corporate lawyer to enter into one of Hong Kong’s high end fund houses.

Requirements:

• 8 to 11 PQE years post qualification experience either from an international firm or established Hong Kong firm (In-House Legal Counsels or Counsel/Partner within Private Practice)
• Hong Kong, England and Wales, PRC or US qualified lawyers
• Solid experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Funds (with solid deals list)
• Understanding of fixed-income instruments
• Experience gained from the top tier New York or London Firms
• Solid technical skills and experience in corporate transactions
• Solid understanding of the funds Sector
