International insurance corporation seeks a legal counsel to join their established legal team based in Singapore.  This counsel will be responsible for advising the business (both general and life insurance business) on all legal matters relating to the business in Singapore, including negotiating and reviewing on all commercial contracts, providing legal support on business restructuring/projects and advising on any litigation or regulatory matters.  The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ post qualification experience, ideally comes with a broad range of corporate commercial legal experience.
