You will work alongside highly respected individuals with clients that includes large financial institutions and multi-nationals on a range of commercial litigation matters. A solid basis of training in disputes is essential for the role, so you will ideally have exposure to FCPA and FSR matters; any other related experience in commercial litigation will also be considered. You will be admitted in the Hong Kong jurisdiction.
