Litigation Associate – Open to Attorneys based in Asia or the US

Our client, a leading US law firm with top tier dispute resolution and corporate team across Europe, North America and Asia.

The Hong Kong and Shanghai office is looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Associate for their growing team.  This is a position open to Dispute Resolution lawyers or Finance Litigators based in Hong Kong.  This is an opportunity to work within Litigation, Regulatory Litigation, White Collar Crime and other forms of Dispute Resolution.

Open to Dispute Resolution lawyers with the following requirements:

• 3-5 years post qualification experience in Finance Litigation/Regulatory Enforcement/Antitrust
• Experience gained from an international US, UK law firm
• Familiar with FCPA matters and US Investigations work
• US, Hong Kong or Commonwealth qualified solicitor
• Able to handle matters such as shareholder litigation, Fraudulent Activity, Regulatory and Investigative.
• Mandarin is preferred and an advantage
